Balcones Apartments are an upper-division apartment building located directly adjacent to campus, conveniently close to the Housing and Residential Life central office.
Each apartment includes a private bedroom, with shared kitchen, laundry and living areas. All bed spaces are contracted separately.
Recycling services are located just outside the trash chute on every floor of the parking garage.
