        The building's first floor houses Human Environmental Sciences’ Office of the Dean, administrative offices, and a multimedia classroom.

        HES Student Services, Interior Design faculty and classrooms occupy the second floor while the third floor contains a computer lab, clothing and textiles faculty offices, classrooms, and apparel construction labs.
         
        The lower level of Doster has a state-of-the art foods lab, clothing, textiles, and interior design studios and offices. 
         
        Doster Hall, constructed in 1929, was built as part of the "women's campus" and named for the Dean of Education James Jarvis Doster.
