The Graduate
The Graduate, 1971 By Heri Bert Bartscht (1919 - 1996) copper sheeting A gift of the Class of ’66, this sculpture represents the stylized head of a young man emerging from a form known in mathematics as a Moebius band. This band serves as a symbol of the continuity of the Aggie Spirit. The German-born artist had been a Dallas sculptor since 1953.
