Help Desk Central
Lab Phone Number: 979.845.8300 On the corner of Lamar and Spence street. Near the Central Campus Parking Garage. Help Desk Central is staffed by student workers and full-time staff and help to support Texas A&M students, faculty and staff with their IT questions by phone, email, chat, in person and on the web. The building is accessible from 8:00 am - 12:00 am, 7 days a week. Assistance is provided by Help Desk staff when they open at 8:00 am daily. They also provide 24/7 phone tech support for the university 365 days a year.
