    1. Nagle Hall

      Nagle Hall, built in 1909, is the one of the oldest building on campus. The building is located on the south side of the Academic Plaza as part of the original quadrangle. It was the first reinforced concrete building on campus. The architectural elements include columns, cornices and balustrades. Other departments Nagle Hall has housed during its history include economics, history and government, geography and journalism. Today, Nagle Hall is houses the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. The building was named in 1929 for James C. Nagle, the first dean of the School of Engineering.
