Richards Residence Hall
Located on the corner of Pond Drive and West Berry Street, Richards Hall is a new residential facility in Worth Hills, recently opening in August 2019. Adjacent to its sister facility, Arnold Hall, the two residence halls share a similar unique architecture. Architectural design uses TCU's palette of materials which are utilized in a different configuration to let these buildings stand out as unique from other housing buildings previously built on campus. Richards Hall offers suite-style accommodations, study lounges, reading rooms, and baking kitchens to approximately 159 campus residents. The residence hall is named in honor of TCU Trustee Nancy Tartaglino Richards and the Richards family in recognition of the generous support to TCU.
