Opened in 2004, the building houses the
Penn State Blue Band's indoor practice facility, instrument and uniform storage space, archival space, locker rooms and staff offices. The building was re-dedicated as the O. Richard Bundy Blue Band Building, honoring the longtime director who retired from Penn State in 2015.
