Arts Cottage, built in 1889, is one of a few old houses on the University Park campus that often pique the interest of visitors. First used as a center for agricultural science research, in 1975 the building was renamed Arts Cottage. It houses studios for art students and faculty in the
Penn State School of Visual Arts.
