      1. Wagner Building

         Wagner Building was constructed in 1960 and houses all branches of Penn State’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, classrooms, training rooms, conference rooms, and other administrative offices.

          

         Media Tech is located in the Wagner Annex at the back of the building, near the ROTC drill deck.

          

         First Floor:

         • Air Force ROTC
         • Office of Communications for Undergraduate Education
         • Office for Information Technology for Undergraduate Education 

         Second Floor:

         • Army ROTC  
         • IT Service Desk

          Third Floor:

         • Navy ROTC

         Wagner Building is named after Penn State alumnus H. Edward Wagner who was killed in action in France on June 28,1944. The building is also home to the bell from the battleship U.S.S. Pennsylvania that was at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 and involved in operations in the Pacific during World War II.
