Patterson Building houses classrooms, computer labs and administrative offices for the
Penn State School of Visual Arts (SoVA). The building was designed by architect Edward Hazelhurst and constructed in 1903 with the University Creamery as its first inhabitant. The building also features a small exhibition area on the first floor, which serves as a gallery space for student work.
