Mr. Tyrone Rowell, special assistant to the Chancellor, suggested the name to reflect the link between the library named after the last Wilmington College President, Dr. Randall and the dining hall named for the first Chancellor of UNC Wilmington, Dr, Wagoner. Chancellors Walk is a physical symbol of the growth of this campus.
Current Usage:
- Chancellors Walk is a 2416-feet walkway between the Randall Library and Wagoner Hall. This concourse provides central pedestrian traffic into the heart of the campus
