The new 415-bed residence hall is located in the South Quad and is purposefully designed to promote extracurricular opportunities for students and enrich the living-learning experience. The design includes group gathering spaces, lounges and an outdoor courtyard to help build community while also advancing career readiness and emotional wellbeing. The air-conditioned residence hall will include single and double bedrooms.
