      1. The Townhouses Residence Hall

         The Townhouses on York Hill are similar to the Village on the Mount Carmel Campus, the most popular area in university housing. The Townhouses feature 21 apartments, each with three double bedrooms, a full-sized kitchen, a large furnished living room, and a bathroom. Students have easy access to the M&T Bank Arena and the Rocky Top Student Center, which includes a cafeteria, study and student organization space, a computer support services, and a fitness center.
