      1. Biomechanics Lab: MNH 142

        The Biomechanics Laboratory is capable of acquiring metabolic, muscle strength, and balance data. The laboratory is equiped with a metabolic cart, two Woodway treadmills, two exercise bikes, a Biodex strength testing device and a NeuroCom Balance Master. The laboratory serves as a teaching and research space for students from the Schools of Medicine and the Departments of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, and Biomedical Sciences to gain an understanding of how physiological processes functions in health and how this function is altered by disease. The facilities are also used by the University athletic teams to acquire fitness data from athletes. Located on the first floor of the Center for Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences.
