Materials Workshop: CCE 052
This workshop supports the required engineering materials course in the mechanical engineering program. Equipment includes a Charpy impact test machine; Rockwell, Vickers, and Knoop hardness testers; a convective furnace for heat treating metals; and high and low power optical microscopes. Other equipment for mechanical testing used to support the engineering materials course is located in the Active Classroom for Engineering. Located in the Center for Communications and Engineering.
