Diagnostic Imaging Suites: MNH 145-157
The Diagnostic Imaging Suite provides a space for students to practice the imaging techniques learned didactically prior to working on live patients. Providing the opportunity for simulated patient experiences in a learning environment enhances the students skill throughout their curriculum. The suite is a fully functioning imaging department with equipment for radiography, sonography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), mammography and bone densitometry. All programs in the diagnostic imaging department utilize the above equipment; Radiologic Sciences, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Advanced Medical Imaging and Leadership and Radiologist Assistant programs. The Diagnostic Imaging suites are located on the first floor of the Center for Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences.
