Phase III is a four-story residence hall designed to promote community and collaboration among first-year students. Opened in fall 2017, Phase III offers a mix of double and private rooms with centralized private bathrooms. Each floor features lounge and study areas, while the main lobby provides a fully equipped kitchen, conference room, laundry facilities, TV, foosball table, and pool table for residents to enjoy.
Furnishings & Amenities
Each private bedroom is furnished with a twin XL bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet. Two of each furniture piece and two closets are provided in double-occupancy rooms. All furniture is movable, allowing students to arrange their space to fit their preferences.
Building Access & Security
For added security, residents must use their Lion Card or mobile credentials to enter Phase III and check in at the front desk to confirm residency.
Laundry
A free laundry facility is located on the first floor near the front desk.
