Pride Rock is a three-story, suite-style hall exclusively for first-year students, designed to create a supportive and engaging environment for recent high school graduates. Since opening in fall 2011, Pride Rock has provided a vibrant community where students can relax in their suite’s spacious common area, challenge friends to a game of air hockey, or find quiet study spaces on each floor. Resident Assistants (RAs) host a variety of programs to help students connect, build community, and make the most of their time here.
Furnishings & Amenities
Each suite includes two private bedrooms with a twin XL bed, a shared living room, sink area, and bathroom.
Building Access & Security
For added security, residents must use their Lion Card or mobile credentials to enter Pride Rock and check in at the front desk to confirm residency.
Laundry
Free laundry facilities are available on each floor next to the lounges for convenient access.

Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, located in the first-floor lobby, ready to assist residents whenever needed.
