The Julian Wash Greenway is a 2.7-mile linear park, which runs along the north bank of the Julian Wash from Rita Road to Kolb Road. It includes a multiuse path designed for cycling, jogging, walking, or horseback riding.
The project is a joint venture of the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation, Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation, and the University of Arizona. The park entrance is located at 7501 S. Kolb Road, one mile north of Interstate 10 between the Union Pacific railroad tracks and the UA Tech Park.
The Julian Wash Greenway is part of Pima County’s "The Loop" which surrounds metro Tucson and links to Marana, Oro Valley, and South Tucson. Pima County residents and visitors on foot, bikes, skates, and horses can enjoy the more than 100 miles of shared-use paths that have already been completed.
