      1. Phillip Fulmer Way (Road Closure)

         Beginning Wednesday, September 30th, the Food City Center will be hosting Appalachia sessions from 8 AM to 2 PM.

          

         Impacts:

         • Roadway closure on Phillip Fulmer Way from 6 AM to 2 PM.
         • No on-street parking during this time frame.
         • Pedestrian access will remain available.
