         Dates: June 1 – June 17, 2026

         Asphalt milling, concrete repairs, and paving operations will occur around Volunteer Boulevard, Lake Loudoun Boulevard, the Torchbearer Hall south parking area, and the G5 parking garage entrance. Work will be completed in multiple phases.

         Phase 3: June 11 – June 13

         • Additional milling and paving operations.
         • Continued access restrictions and detours.
         • Access to Volunteer Boulevard maintained via Phillip Fulmer Way.
