Nosh Kosher Deli, satisfies both Penn State’s Jewish community and all faculty, staff, students, and guests. Nosh features specialty sandwiches, matzo ball soup, potato latkes and desserts such as fresh-baked cookies and chocolate rugelach. A certified Mashgiach (Jewish supervisor) provides daily oversight of the facility to ensure the restaurant meets kosher requirements.
