As SAC’s main administrative hub, the building houses admissions, financial aid, records and enrollment services, ID center, testing and assessment, the business/bursar’s office and student services including the Tino and Millie Duran Welcome Center, providing comprehensive enrollment assistance to new and returning students. The building opened in 1972 and is named for Jesse N. Fletcher, former president of the San Antonio Junior Chamber of Commerce.
