School of International Affairs. Completed in 2009, the 114,000-square-foot structure features a modern "smart" courtroom, a 245-seat auditorium, an Au Bon Pain café, classrooms, indoor and outdoor student meeting places and study spaces, adjacent permit and pay station parking, and a glass-walled law library with views of
The Arboretum at Penn State.
The Katz Building is accessible and LEED-certified with a number of green features, including a vegetated green roof, bike racks, abundant use of natural light, and locally sourced building materials.
