The University Support Building II (USB II) houses IT staff members from
Enterprise Networking and Communication Services (ENCS) and
F&B IT, divisions of Penn State IT. ENCS provides telecommunication and networking support to the entire University, which includes maintaining firewalls, telephone services, Internet access, and more.
