Parking Services is located at 24 Reed Union Building.
- Parking permits are required in all Penn State Behrend parking lots on campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Visitor parking passes are available in-person only, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
