         • Have bulldog statue facing south west toward Hunsaker University Center.
         • Have statue head turned to the left (see images for reference)
         • Make the circular base concrete color
         • Increase size of the circular base and include planter area (see images). Add red flowers.
         • Add the plaques underneath the statue (see images)
