   1. Chi Sigma Chi House

      In 1936, the fraternities of Phi Epsilon and Phi Delta Tau merged to create Chi Sigma Chi. Known as Chi Sigs, members are expected to work toward equality through divergent principles. Its colors are black, silver, and white.
