Frank R. Serrao Gateway
The Frank R. Serrao Gateway, marking the entrance to Ted Runner Stadium, was built in 2001 in honor of Coach Frank R. Serrao. Coach Serrao patrolled the sidelines of Ted Runner Stadium for over 20 years and retired from the U of R in 1984 with more wins than any other football coach in the history of the institution, a distinction he still holds today.
