      1. The Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts, "The Soraya" (also known as Valley Performing Arts Center)

        The Soraya, also known as The Valley Performing Arts Center (VPAC) includes:

        • A 1,700-seat main performance hall that supports a full spectrum of professional performing arts programming, including symphonic orchestra, dance, opera, theater and musical theater, as well as films and lectures.  
        • The 160,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility includes energy-saving lights, a tinted glass roof, and landscaping that provides natural shading to reduce the heat island effect.
        • KCSN 88.5 radio station

        The building is LEED Gold-certified for its sustainable design.
