Stiles Field
William C. Stiles '43 Field is actually two side-by-side, full-length practice fields utilized by the Hobart football and lacrosse teams. Named in honor of former Director of Hobart Athletics and Hobart Hall of Famer Bill Stiles, the fields are located south of the Robert A. Bristol '31 Field House and less than 50 yards from the Elliott Varsity House, the building that houses the Hobart football and lacrosse locker rooms.
Stiles Field has a filming tower that is used by the coaching staff to record practice sessions to assist the student-athlete in learning the Statesmen system.
Maintained at "game time" readiness by the Colleges' Buildings and Grounds staff, Stiles Field has hosted intercollegiate lacrosse games, as well as several Alumni lacrosse contests.
