Medbery Hall is home to 54 Hobart students living in singles and two-room doubles (a double room with an attached living room), all equipped with full cable and Internet access. Students living in Medbery Hall utilize laundry facilities in Geneva Hall. Medbery frames one side of the Quad, and its central location makes it one of the most active Residence Halls on campus, especially during the warm weather months. Built of brick in 1901, Medbery Hall was designed by the same architects that designed Coxe Hall. The building used to house unmarried Hobart faculty. The building is divided vertically, purposely designed without long central halls like the other traditional Residence Halls.
