         HISTORY
         The Flats at WSU is the first residence hall built on the university's Innovation Campus. The 112-unit apartment complex opened in August 2017 and features housing for 280 residents, a sand volleyball court, in-unit washer and dryer, reserved underground and above-ground parking, an exercise room and a private clubhouse with billiards, foosball, shuffleboard and TVs.
