Room Number: 1st Floor - Idea Factory
Popular with students and visitors, a 180-gallon saltwater aquarium is installed in The Wallace Center, just beyond the first floor entrance. It has natural reef pieces from the Pacific, yellow tangs, clownfish (think Saving Nemo), a goby, a school of blue chromis, a sailfin tang, plus a starfish and coral banded shrimp. Several of the fish have been in the tank since the first year it was set up, around 2000.
