The two-story headquarters for campus maintenance operations is located east of Zimmermann Hall and south of the Shaw Center. Houses offices for grounds staff, three-car garage, machine shop, staff showers and lockers, carpenter shop, paint shop, storage room and furniture repair room. Is a two-boiler heating plant and has a chimney stack on its southeast corner that rises 100 feet.
