Anticipated Schedule January 2026 to January 2027
The project will replace the existing HVAC systems throughout Phillips Hall 1958 wing including ductwork, mechanical equipment and controls. The project will include some lighting upgrades through the spaces, construction of new mechanical rooms on each floor, roof modifications including a new dormer and chimney, minor classroom modifications, and the replacement of an obsolete electrical switchboard. Temporary sidewalk closures will be in place during work on the roof.
