Project Details 
Anticipated Schedule January 2026 to March 2027
The South wing of Phillips Hall will be offline for renovation until Fall semester 2027. The project will replace the existing HVAC systems throughout Phillips Hall 1958 wing including ductwork, mechanical equipment and controls. The project will also include some lighting upgrades through the spaces, construction of new mechanical rooms on each floor, roof modifications including a new dormer and chimney, minor classroom modifications, and window replacement. Sidewalk closures and pedestrian detours are in place.
