By your third year on campus, you might call Kresge Hall, above at right, home. It's one of eight residences on campus that offer apartment living, with 54 units (each with private bath) housing four or five people. Located on the southwest corner of upper campus, Kresge borders a grassy field where students play softball, Frisbee and volleyball. The hall also offers central air and central vacuum, a study room, a laundry room, and a game room. It was renovated in 2000.
The 240 residents of Kresge are typically from the junior class. During your third year, you should contact the Miller Center for Career Services (CCS) about preparing your resume and attending interviewing workshops.
Check out the CCS and learn about the Alumni Career Exploration (ACE) Network. If you're looking for information on a certain career or company, you can set up an informational interview with one of the many alumni volunteers. The CCS maintains a listing of volunteers and their affiliations.
