Located on the southwest edge of upper campus, Forest Hall, above at left, is one of eight residence halls that offer suites and apartments. There are 195 suites housing six, seven or eight people each, so this is a good hall to choose if you want to live with a bunch of friends. Each suite has a furnished common area, two bathrooms, kitchen, a storage closet, and single or double bedrooms. Renovated in 1997, the building has a study lounge, function room with kitchen, a game room and laundry room.
Most of the nearly 300 residents of Forest Hall are sophomores. Your second year is a great time to investigate a summer or academic-term internship. The internship coordinator in the Miller Center for Career Services can help to pair you up with a local company.
