Located under Chapman's Wilson Football Field with a vehicle entrance off East Walnut Ave., this parking structure is open 24/7 to Chapman commuter students, faculty, staff and visitors (in designated visitor spaces on level B1). Valid permits are required at all times.
Parking in a reserved space without the proper permit will result in a parking citation. Reserved spaces are restricted 24/7 unless stated on the space/sign. Permits can be purchased at machines located on the B1 level (north end, south end, east wall and in the extension under the Keck Building by the elevator). Machines are also located in the B2 level at the south end (stair/elevator access to campus and in the extension under the Keck Building by the elevator).
Visitor Information
Visitors must purchase a parking permit unless provided one by an on-campus department.
Visitor parking permit rates:
$2 = 2 hours
$3 = 4 hours
$5 = 12 hours
Machines are credit card only and accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
There are electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located in this structure on Level B1. There is a 3-hour limit for use of EV spaces.
