Located on the corner of N. Cypress St. and W. Sycamore Ave. by the Sandi Simon Center for Dance, this parking lot is open 24/7 to Chapman commuter students, faculty, staff and visitors. Valid permits are required at all times.
Parking in a reserved space without the proper permit will result in a parking citation. Reserved spaces are restricted 24/7 unless stated on the space/sign. Permits can be purchased at machines located on the 1st and 3rd levels near the elevator.
Visitor Information
Visitors must purchase a parking permit unless provided one by an on-campus department. Permits can be purchased at the machine located in the center of the rear parking area.
Visitor parking permit rates:
$2 = 2 hours
$3 = 4 hours
$5 = 12 hours Machines are credit card only and accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
There are electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located in this structure on Level 1. There is a 3-hour limit for use of this space.
