Located off W. Palm Ave. behind Crean Hall, this parking lot is open 24/7 to Chapman commuter students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Reserved spaces are restricted 24/7. Parking in a reserved space will result in a citation. A valid permit is required at all times.
Visitors must purchase a parking permit unless provided one by an on-campus department. There is no parking machine located in the West Palm Industrial Lot. Permits are available for purchase in the Knott Studios Lot.

The West Palm Industrial Lot is one of the designated stops for the Parking Lot Shuttle. The stop is centrally located next to the entrance to 633 W. Palm. The shuttle circumnavigates the west side of campus with stops at the West Palm Industrial Lot, the West Campus structure, and Schmid Gate main entrance to the university.
