Located at Knott Studios, this parking lot is open 24/7 to visitors, Chapman commuter students, faculty, and staff. After 4 p.m. on weekdays and all-day weekends, Chapman resident student parking is allowed. Reserved spaces are restricted 24/7. Parking in a reserved space without the proper permit will result in a parking citation. Valid permits are required at all times.
Visitors must purchase a parking permit unless provided one by an on-campus department. Permits can be purchased at the machine located in the center of the rear parking area.

Machines are credit card only and accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
There is one electric vehicle (EV) charging station located in the back parking area. There is a 3-hour limit for use of this space.
