         Las Plazas at Old Vail is a 17-acre parcel that is beginning to take shape as a shopping and dinning hub for the southeast side bedroom community.
         
         The plot of land has been divided into 15 lots ranging in buildable areas from 3,000 to 19,000 square feet. The lots are being marketed for retail and restaurant use.
