Walnut Ridge Apartments
Walnut Ridge Apartments houses 118 students in three different buildings. The apartments are either three or four person capacity and house mainly upper-division students. In the three person apartments, there is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The four person apartments have one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. In addition to a full kitchen, all apartments also include a kitchen table and chairs, a couch, a love seat, an end table, and a coffee table in the living room. Upperclassmen Apartment Living: Our Walnut Ridge and North Avenue Student Apartments are only open to sophomores and above. We consider our apartments the next step before moving off-campus. Our goal is to assist students creating and sustaining independence. Policies are different than in the halls and there are not as many staff programs or activities. Our apartments are still alcohol and drug free.
