Stocker Stadium
Located adjacent to Colorado Mesa University?s main campus, Stocker Stadium is home to Maverick football.
The University jointly funded a $850,000 resurfacing Stocker Stadium with a new state of the art playing surface in 2007, along with School District 51, JUCO, and the City of Grand Junction.
Ralph Stocker Memorial Stadium includes a football field surrounded by an eight-lane quarter mile track. The football field is the home field for Colorado Mesa University and four area high schools. Additionally, Stocker Stadium hosts the University?s commencement ceremony and the Western Colorado Marching Band Festival.
