Location - Hodgdon Hall is located downhill, behind the Dewick-MacPhie Dining Hall. It is close to the Campus Center and the Bookstore. Hodgdon Dining Hall is located on the ground floor. Hodgdon Hall is a staffed residence hall, with four Resident Assistants.

Rooms - The average double room is 14’ x 14.5’. There are 55 doubles. The average single room is 8’ x 14.5’. There are 40 singles. Hodgdon also has one two-person apartments located on the first floor. Each room is furnished with moveable furniture and one window with a shade. The furniture consists of an extra long twin bed, a desk, and a desk chair. The beds are all multi-positioned beds that have eleven height adjustments up to 32 inches with 30 inches of space underneath when raised to a maximum height. The use of cinder blocks or any other material, to raise the multi-position beds is prohibited in Hodgdon. The floors are linoleum tiled. Hodgdon Hall is co-ed by floor.
Bathrooms - A large, single-sex bathroom is located in each wing (two per floor). Each bathroom has three showers, three toilet stalls, and three sinks. In addition, there is cubby space for toiletries.
Common Areas - A large main lounge is located on the first floor. There is a deck located directly off the lounge that is great for warm weather studying and naps in the sun. A separate study room is also located off the lounge and is equipped with tables, chairs, and couches. The common areas of are carpeted.
Facilities - Hodgdon has two common kitchens, one each on the second and third floors. The kitchens are equipped with an oven, stove, sink, cabinets, refrigerator, and table. The main laundry room is located in the ground floor of Hodgdon, with four washing machines, and four dryers. A single washing machine and dryer are also located in the third floor kitchen. Vending machines and a bicycle storage rack are located in the lobby.
