    1. Dowling Hall

Dowling Hall Student Services Center was completed in September, 2000. It includes a Resource Library serving to consolidate and add to information about academic resources, programs abroad and career resources. The library is a beautiful, large room with natural light and includes several computer stations so students can conduct searches online. Dowling Hall also houses Student Financial Services, newly organized to combine the bursar function, student loans, student financial aid and student employment. Managing loan, bill and accounting functions reside here as well as loan processing, collection, and student counseling for Tufts and federal loan Programs. Additional support for financial functions is provided by the new Program Support staff office and also the Student Services Desk.

Program Support facilitates registrar and financial functions as well as production of large-scale communications for Dowling Hall. The unit is currently organized into three teams: academic services, financial services, and operations.
