The house located at 80 Professors Row was built by Professor William R. Shipman in 1868. In 1900, he sold the building to Zeta Psi fraternity and moved to 101 Talbot Avenue. The fraternity made some structural changes to the property, including the addition of dormers in the roof, which made the third floor usable.
Today, 80 Professors Row has continuously been occupied by Zeta Psi fraternity for more than 100 years.
