The Northwood Shopping Center Project will start construction next week. On or about October 7, 2020, Havenwood Road from just past (west) Morgan’s "Jenkins Hall" road to Loch Raven Blvd. This closure will be permanent. Upon completion access to the future shopping center will be from Loch Raven or Tivoly Ave.
In addition to the road closure, the south parking lot Qn (staff and student lot) will be closed until further notice. It will first be utilized as a part of the Northwood construction then the lot will be rebuilt to include a new road to Argonne Drive.
NOTE: DUE CARE WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING HAVENWOOD FROM HILLEN.
