         New construction of 4 story academic building will accommodate the undergraduate program for the Marshall school of business. Building includes 21 classrooms, 150 seat lecture hall, 50 breakout rooms, an improved experiential learning center, library and collaboration area. Building also features social gathering, food service, lounge and study space.
         Total conditioned area is 78,703 SF.
